Hazel Epps

Hazel Marie Epps 74, died Dec 27th at Cedar Lane Rehab Center. Mrs. Epps was born in Edgecomb County, NC daughter of the late Daisy Dunston and George Pittman. She was a Waterbury resident for more that 54 years. Slhe was a retired employee of U. S. Time corp., and a meber of Leggett Chapel Baptist Church of North Carolina. She is survived by four daughters, Geraldine Epps Pinkston, of Spring Valley, NY., Linda Davis Goodman, Lubby Epps Powel, and Ellen Marie Epps all of Waterbury. 17 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by two sons, Clarence Edward Pittman and James Curtis Epps. Brothers, Albbert Pittman, James Pittman and Berry Pittman. Sisters, Josephine Kearney, Rosa Lee Mayo and Estelle Johnson.
