Mrs Verna Williams

Verna Williams 75 of West Haven passed away at Yale-NHH, March 5, 2014, after a brief illness. She was the widow of James Wilson Williams. Verna was born in Baltimore, MD, daughter of the late Walter Chandler and Dorothy Carrington. A Nurse practitioner, she retired from the St Raphael Hospital after many years of service.
She is survived by nieces and nephews Ernest Jordan, Verna Jordan, Alice Olagunju, Karen Kent and Andreas Battle. She was predeceased by her sister Gerline Manning

Burial will be in the Garrison Forrest Veterans Cemetery, Owings Mills, Maryland., on Friday Mar 14 2014.
